David Attwooll has been involved with electronic publishing since the early days of CD-ROM and his knowledge of the market for electronic rights is well known for his work on the publishing company Helicon and the development of the The Hutchinson Encyclopedia for both CD-ROM and online.
The Online-Information Exhibition at Olympia in London always sees many companies showing off their Content Management Systems, Jadu Galaxies is one to watch out for. Jadu certainly had an impressive stand which included the Google Logo. Is Jadu the Ancient Sanskrit for CMS?
Dan Penny is an Analyst with Electronic Publishing Services (EPS) and he gave a seminar recently at the Online-Information exhibition held at Olympia, London. The title of his talk was ‘Web 2.0 and the role of the library’.
