Dan Penny is an Analyst with Electronic Publishing Services (EPS) and he gave a seminar recently at the Online-Information exhibition held at Olympia, London. The title of his talk was ‘Web 2.0 and the role of the library’.

This interview took place afterwards in a very noisy main hall at Olympia.
